JK CEMENT OLBC
Installation & Commissioning 2023 | 3.5 KM OLBC System | Madhya Pradesh
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project encompassed the complete Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection, and Commissioning of a high-capacity Overland Belt Conveyor (OLBC) system for the JK Cement plant in Panna, Madhya Pradesh.
Spanning a total length of 3.5 kilometers, the conveyor was engineered to handle a robust capacity of 1950 TPH, facilitating the efficient long-distance transport of limestone across the site's challenging terrain.

NTPC UNCHAHAR BULK MATERIAL
Subcontract with BTL EPC | Installation & Commissioning 2023 | Unchahar
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project involved comprehensive Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply of critical bulk material handling infrastructure for NTPC Unchahar, executed under a subcontract through BTL EPC.
Following a rigorous engineering and manufacturing phase to meet NTPC’s stringent quality standards, the systems were successfully installed and commissioned in 2023.
