Promac has ventured into the defence sector by bagging its first order from Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) in the month of May 2021
Promac supplied the Wagon Tippler & Side Arm Charger to Yermaras Thermal Power Station which is located at Raichur district in Karnataka. The Wagon Tippler was installed and commissioned successfully by Promac and certified by Ministry of Railways - Research Designs and Standard Organization (RDSO) as per the latest RDSO specification G-33 Rev-1.
An 80 TPH Clinker Grinding Unit for CMM (VICAT Group) was established by Promac in Mali on EPC basis. Promac’s scope of work included, design, engineering, manufacture & supply of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation Systems and Erection & Commissioning along with complete Civil Works.
Promac had participated in the NCCBM bi-annual International Cement seminar, New Delhi to exhibit its potential in the sector held in the month of December 2019.
The contract for Phase - I 600 TPD Integrated Cement Plant in Republic of Congo was signed in the month of December 2019 at New Delhi in the Embassy of ROC. Promac's scope included design and fabrication of Mechanicals, Electricals, Instrumentation, Automation Systems and their Erection & Commissioning along with complete Civil & Structural Works for 600 TPD Integrated Cement Plant on EPC basis.
Promac commissioned a 1x125 MW Thermal Power Plant for Compagnie d’ Electricite’ du Senegal (CES), West Africa. The scope of work included complete Balance of Plant (BOP) including all plants like coal handling, ash handling, water systems, civil works, for the entire plant and erection & commissioning of both BOP & Boiler, Turbine, Generator (BTG) on EPC basis.
Promac’s prestigious JK Cement Works Fujairah, U.A.E (JKCWF) Project was showcased in ICR Magazine December issue. ICR November issue also had a detailed article on JKCWF project.
The 110 TPH Combi Circuit (Roller Press + Ball Mill) Clinker Grinding Unit supplied by Promac was inaugurated at Tokyo Eastern Cement Co Ltd, Trinkomalee, Sri Lanka on December 08, 2016.
Promac received an award for outstanding contribution towards Engineering Exports during the period 2013-14 from the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC), India which was conferred by His Excellency, The Governor of Karnataka, Sri Vajubhai R. Vala on December 25, 2015.
Promac shipped a 4.4mØ X 18 mtr Mill Shell weighing over 152 tonnes as a part of its order for grinding system to M/s Taiheiyo Cement Philippines Inc., for their cement plant at San Fernando, Cebu. The grinding mill was dual drive operated with 2250 kW motor and was designed to produce 128 TPH OPC cement with 3650 Blaines.
2800 TPD Grey / 1750 TPD White Dual Process Integrated Cement Plant at J.K. Cement Works, Fujairah, UAE (JKCWF) built by Promac on EPC basis with technology support from Taiheiyo Engineering Corporation, Japan (TEC) was the main discussion topic at the Cemtech Middle East & Africa 2015 event held in the Grand Hyatt Dubai, UAE, on 9-11 February.
Promac’s outstanding contribution to Engineering Exports in the year 2013 was recognized by EEPC, India (formerly Engineering Export Promotion Council). Mr. J. Surendra Reddy, CMD, Promac, received the award from Mr. C. Rangarajan, Ex-Governor of the Reserve Bank of India on January 02, 2015 at Chennai.
Promac received an order from Tokyo Eastern Cement Co. Ltd, Sri Lanka for Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Machinery and Equipment on CIF Colombo basis, Supervision of Erection, Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment and handing over of 110 TPH Cement Grinding Plant.
The Joint Venture Agreement Signing Ceremony was held on December 11, 2012 at Bangalore, India. The Agreement was signed between Promac Engineering Industries Limited, India & Taiheiyo Engineering Corporation, Japan.
